The value of 3Dfy Data Viewer is in the ease of explaining conclusions reached with the aid of the 3D images on the laptop.

3Dfy Data Viewer allows the user to visualize data from multiple sources such as Scanners (Laser Based, Seismic), Production Statistics, or any other source of 3D data including transducers, test programs and monitors.

3D data is no longer limited to expensive, non-portable computers because 3Dfy Data Viewer runs on a Windows based platform (laptops and desktops). This benefits 3D data users tremendously as it is now possible to display 3D, real-time and interactive data on a more cost effective and portable platform. Users can take their laptops, using 3Dfy Data Visualization Viewer and show their 3D data anywhere they choose.

The visualized data can be manipulated to facilitate viewing using the 3Dfy GUI that can control data dynamic ranges, variable error threshold exclusion, shading schemes, mesh vs. point cloud, frame navigation, or any other custom variable.

3Dfy Data Viewer also enables users to view 3D data from any angle or distance which will provide a clearer interpretation of the data. 3Dfy Data Viewer creates a navigable, 3D world. Users can navigate, in real-time, through the data using, zoom, spin, and camera path. Navigation can be preset or interactive. All objects in the scene including the camera can be animated. 3Dfy Data Viewer can work on data files as well as a socket that can bring in real-time data. 3Dfy’s rendering is in real-time in both cases.

3Dfy Data Viewer also has other presentation features such as text annotation, 2D and 3D objects, lighting, animation, fog, and storyline.

There are 2 different ways that a customer's data format can be supported by 3Dfy:

Option 1 is for Universe Z, Inc. to implement importing from a specific native format. This requires no conversion work on the customer side. With this option Universe Z can customize the GUI to support a specific visualization variable, or any other customization work.

Option 2 is for the customer to convert their output data to 3Dfy’s native XML based format. This option requires no customization by Universe Z, Inc. and gives the client control over the integration process.
